Gino Lucciano Carrera Servin is an experienced sales coordinator specializing in window sales for residential and commercial clients. Born in Paraguay, Gino now calls Orlando, Florida home. His career journey started in door-to-door sales, which gave him valuable experience and a deep understanding of client needs. Over the years, his dedication and strong work ethic have allowed him to thrive in his current role, where he continues to build lasting relationships with his clients.
From a young age, Gino was passionate about both music and sports. In addition to learning the flute and classical guitar, he was actively involved in soccer and volleyball. However, it was Taekwondo that would become the focus of his life. At the age of six, Gino began practicing Taekwondo, and by his teenage years, he had developed remarkable skills in the sport. His dedication and commitment to Taekwondo were evident as he earned a 4th-degree black belt. He also shared his expertise as a Taekwondo instructor at the Almiron Taekwondo Center in Asunción, Paraguay, from 2010 to 2018.
In 2014, Gino enrolled at the Facultad de Ingeniería de la Universidad Nacional de Asunción to study engineering. While he excelled in his studies, his passion for Taekwondo continued to grow. As he competed and trained, he realized his true passion lay in martial arts. This realization led him to leave his engineering studies and dedicate more time to Taekwondo. His decision was further affirmed when he placed second in the Taekwondo Team Sparring category in the University Olympics in Asuncion, Paraguay, for two consecutive years. Gino’s success in the sport reinforced his commitment to Taekwondo and made it his primary focus.
Taekwondo taught Gino important life lessons that extended far beyond the dojo. He learned that success in the sport required more than physical strength; it demanded mental discipline, resilience, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. These qualities became central to Gino's character and helped him succeed in every aspect of his life. His ability to focus, adapt, and think on his feet translated well into his professional career, where quick decision-making and composure in high-pressure situations are essential.
In 2018, Gino moved to the United States and transitioned into a Taekwondo instructor role. During his three and a half years as an instructor, he shared his knowledge and passion for Taekwondo and demonstrated strong leadership and business skills. He was recognized for his outstanding contributions to the Taekwondo community with multiple awards, including Ambassador of the Year in 2020 and Program Director of the Year in 2021. He continued to receive accolades in 2023 when he was honored with the Program Director of the Year award once again. These honors highlighted Gino’s dedication to both teaching and leading by example.
Gino’s ability to lead extended beyond the classroom. As an administrator at the Taekwondo school, he implemented improvements to the sales system that resulted in a 42% increase in financial growth and a substantial increase in student enrollment. This success demonstrated that Gino’s talents went beyond Taekwondo and extended to business management, where he proved to be just as capable as a manager as an instructor.
In addition to his martial arts and sales career, Gino served in the Paraguay Reserve Group’s naval division. After leaving the Universidad Nacional de Asuncion, he enlisted and completed three intense training periods over two years. His performance during these training periods earned him second-place rankings in both the second and third periods. His leadership and discipline were recognized, and he was promoted to Reserve Officer "Guardiamarina de Reserva." This experience further demonstrated Gino's dedication to excellence and ability to thrive in challenging environments.
Outside his professional life, Gino is a devoted husband, father, and committed Catholic. His faith plays a central role in his life, and he has been actively involved in outreach missions to underprivileged schools. Gino’s commitment to serving others and positively impacting his community reflects the values of discipline, respect, and kindness that have shaped his life and career.
